Our shipments are efficient and secure to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
Orders are processed quickly, with most shipped on the same day if the order is received before 10:00 am.
Depending on the workload, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery times may
vary depending on location and carrier availability.
We provide detailed tracking, so that you will always know where your order is.
We ask that you send us your design as a file with the following specifications:
- Transparent background.
- Designs should ideally be sent as an Illustrator or Corel artboard that is
56 cm wide, or as a PNG image with a transparent background that is
also 56 cm wide and has a resolution of at least 300 dpi. - Be sure to leave adequate space between each image to facilitate the
cutting of the transfer.
Due to the relatively low price of making a complete meter with your own content, we
recommend ordering this for testing as it will better suit your specifications and needs.
Textile Transfer DTF (Direct to Film) is a state-of-the-art printing technique that prints
digital graphics on a special film with water-based inks. These designs can then be
transferred to any type of fabric with heat. This technology enables vibrant prints,
precise detail, and exceptional durability, making it possible to customize anything,
from apparel to accessories, with ease and efficiency.
- Versatility: DTF allows for printing on a wide range of materials,
including cotton, polyester, and blends, without color restrictions. - Superior quality: DTF prints have brighter colors and sharper details,
which are ideal for complex designs. - Durability: Prints resist multiple washings, maintaining quality without
wear and tear. - Efficiency: Significant reduction in production time and process
complexity, allowing small orders and mass customization.
We use environmentally friendly water-based inks with OEKO-TEX certifications that
ensure their safety in textile applications.
The adhesive is a special combination of polyurethane and polyamide, selected for
its excellent adhesion, flexibility, and resistance to washing, to ensure that every print
is durable and remains vibrant.
Designs should be sent in PNG or PDF format with a transparent background and a
minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure the best quality.
We recommend using an sRGB color profile for a more accurate representation of the
final print.
To get the best results, make sure your designs are well-defined and do not have too
fine elements.
For guidance and ease, you can also use our configurator to create your template.
To maximize the life of your DTF prints:
- Wash garments inside-out in cold or warm water.
- Avoid the use of bleach and fabric softeners.
- Air or tumble dry at low temperatures.
- Iron inside-out at low temperature, without applying direct heat to the
print.
