The relationship between both parties is formalized with the purchase of one or more products, in exchange for the indicated price, which appears on the website.
Access does not grant the user any rights or ownership over intellectual property rights, industrial property, or content, so users who access this website cannot copy, publish, or transfer any material displayed or contained here.

General Terms and Conditions of Contracting
1. Order Acceptance:
ELDTF accepts orders through its online store (www.ELDTF.COM), by email, by phone, and by WhatsApp. The customer is responsible for providing correct and accurate information when placing the order, regardless of the ordering method used.
2. Cart Review and Confirmation:
Before confirming any order, the customer must carefully review and verify the contents of the shopping cart or the information provided in the email or phone conversation. Once confirmed, the order cannot be modified or canceled, as a general rule, unless you communicate it in time and we indicate otherwise through one of the support channels.
3. Prices and Payment:
All prices on ELDTF do not include VAT unless otherwise indicated. The customer can pay using the payment options available on the website, by bank transfer, or by other means agreed upon by both parties. ELDTF reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments by card will generally be accepted instantly. If for any reason this does not occur within 24 hours after completing this process, please contact us at hola@ELDTF.COM, by WhatsApp, by phone, or through our contact form.
4. Delivery and Shipping:
ELDTF will ship to the address specified by the customer during the purchase process. The customer must provide a valid and accurate address to ensure correct delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page or during the purchase process but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipments will be made via 24/48h transport agency or local pickup at our workshop.
In the case of local pickup, we will contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to arrange a pickup appointment when the order is ready.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
As these are custom prints, no exchanges or returns are accepted unless it is our error.
6. Warranties and Liability:
ELDTF guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing defects and comply with the specifications described on the website. ELDTF is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from misuse, abuse, or alterations made by the customer to the purchased products.
7. Data Protection:

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. In the event of disputes related to these terms and conditions, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
