Yes. The vouchers have an expiration of 60 days. The vouchers are added to the total meters in your account and can be used together or separately, but they expire in batches according to the voucher.

Example:

User buys “10-meter Voucher” on January 1st and “20-meter Voucher” on February 20th, they can use them together and order 30 meters in the same order, but both vouchers will expire on different dates, with those available from January 1st expiring first

Yes, the vouchers are automatically recharged and consumed instantly from the website; you don’t need to specify anything for this.

All orders will enter our regular workflow, using the same methods and materials as the over-the-counter DTF.

However, if there’s any problem with the recharge or redemption, contact hola@eldtf.com immediately.

If the redemption doesn’t work and you need to place an urgent order, send it to us by email, and we’ll manually deduct the balance from your account. If there’s no balance in your account, we won’t be able to add the order to the priority workflow.

No! With voucher balance, you can order from 1 meter in DTF textile, and from 0.5 meters in DTF UV.

The only thing you’ll have to pay is the shipping cost, so it’s advisable to group orders on some days if you don’t manage to fill at least one meter.
